This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for services provided by TLP Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling or purchasing services, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Policy
TLP Services provides professional HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, and related services. Due to the nature of service-based work, all labor and completed services are generally non-refundable once work has been performed.
We stand behind our workmanship and will always make reasonable efforts to correct any issues related directly to our work.
2. Deposits and Prepayments

Deposits may be required to schedule or begin certain jobs.

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled and reserved.

If a job is canceled before any work or ordering begins, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Service Issues
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can review and address the issue.
We may, at our discretion:

Return to inspect the issue

Repair or correct the work at no additional charge (if related to our workmanship)

Provide partial credit or adjustment if appropriate
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

Completed labor or service work

Diagnostic or service call fees

Materials already purchased or installed

Issues caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party work

Customer cancellations after work has begun
5. Cancellations

Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for partial refunds depending on scheduling and material costs already incurred.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Warranty Work vs Refunds
In many cases, service concerns are handled through warranty repair or adjustment rather than refunds. Warranty terms (if applicable) will be provided at the time of service.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:

It will be issued using the original payment method when possible

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

Any applicable fees (material costs, restocking fees, etc.) may be deducted
